Space rental for workshops, gatherings, photoshoots, and filming.

O Jardim is an event space available for hire, including for workshops, talks, photoshoots, filming, book clubs and much more. It offers 72 m² of natural light and is located in Ramada, in a peaceful area with a pedestrian square and a garden.

​

Thoughtfully decorated to feel warm and welcoming, the space is also flexible and includes:

  • A flipchart, portable projector, tripod screen and Marshall speaker

  • A well-equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, jugs, bowls, utensils and cutlery

  • A Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and compact dishwasher

  • Two bathrooms, one with a wall-mounted changing table

  • A 3-metre table with 12 chairs, plus 8 folding chairs and 4 poufs

  • Free, convenient parking

  • Capacity for up to 40 people

  • Two air-conditioning units
     

There is also a small outdoor area (16 m²) by the entrance. As it is tucked away in a corner, it feels quite private. The square where the space is located is pedestrianised and has a garden.
 

The space is on the first floor, with a street-facing entrance, but access requires going up three flights of stairs (there is no ramp).

HIRE RATES
 

Weekdays:

​

  • €40 per hour (minimum booking of 2 hours).

  • The hire period covers the total time you use the space, from arrival to departure. Please include in your booking any time you may need to set up before your activity and tidy up afterwards.

  • Cleaning is not included in the hire rate, so the space must be left clean and tidy at the end of your booking. If you prefer, you can add the cleaning service for €20. Cleaning is mandatory on Fridays, as we need to make sure the space is ready for weekend parties and activities.

     

Weekends and public holidays:
 

  • Morning (until 1 pm): €160

  • Afternoon (from 3 pm to 10 pm): €230

  • Full day (until 10 pm): €290
     

Cleaning is mandatory on weekends and public holidays and is charged in addition to the hire rate:

  • Morning: €20

  • Afternoon or full day: €25

     

To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 working days before the event.
