The arrival of spring and the beginning of the new astrological year symbolize new beginnings and expansion. Together, these two events open a symbolic portal of renewal, where we can align ourselves with nature and the cosmic cycle to manifest new intentions and visions. Therefore, it's a good time to start a Vision Book!
A Vision Book is a tool for manifestation, planning, and personal development, where we can combine text and images. In it, we can organize and visualize our goals, dreams, and life plans, but also write reflections, use it as a gratitude journal, and record our daily lives. A combination of visual inspiration with written reflection.
On March 18th, two days before the start of this new cycle, you will have the opportunity to create your Vision Book at the workshop that will take place at O Jardim.
